Job Description
Director of Customer Order Experience at Johnson & Johnson overseeing technology strategies and product delivery for global customer-facing capabilities. Collaborating with technology leaders to drive value aligned to business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall strategic direction for technology supporting Customer Order Experience capabilities globally.
- Align product strategy, roadmap, technical capabilities, and delivery in support of business goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Business and Technology Leaders to identify, prioritize, and ensure consistent product delivery.
- Drive measurable value aligned to business strategy and develop a culture of innovation.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of IT product management experience is required.
- Experience in digital and emerging technology with demonstrated results required.
- Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy.
- Strong leadership experience in building highly effective, collaborative teams with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Prior experience managing and leading global technology teams is preferred.
