Job Description

Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing leading marketing strategy for direct-to-consumer brands at HarperCollins Christian Publishing. Focused on email, SMS, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across HCCP brands
  • Advise on campaign strategy and channel optimization
  • Lead Brand & Campaign Planning meetings
  • Develop revenue forecasts and campaign projections
  • Provide quality assurance for high-risk lifecycle campaigns
  • Establish lifecycle marketing operating models and best practices
  • Balance priorities across multiple brands

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • At least 5 years in lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retention, loyalty)
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands
  • Experience in ESP, SMS, and loyalty platforms (SailThru, Attentive, Yotpo preferred)
  • Advanced analytics for multi-source data (ESP, SMS, loyalty, GA4)
  • Strong partnership with creative and technology teams
