Job Description
Medicare Advantage strategy leader shaping Twin Health’s AI-powered metabolic care for members and health plans. Guiding product, clinical, commercial, and market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Twin's subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage
- Develop an evolving understanding of Medicare Advantage members' health needs, motivations, technology comfort, accessibility needs, care-seeking behaviors, social needs, engagement barriers, and expectations
- Advise Product, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams on the Medicare member experience and care model
- Partner with the Medicare Advantage Product Lead to shape the end-to-end member journey and product roadmap
- Monitor MA market changes, CMS policy, health plan priorities, competitive offerings, emerging care models, and member expectations
- Translate market and policy changes into implications for Twin
- Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing on health plan priorities, value proposition, customer conversations, positioning, and differentiation
- Build and maintain Twin's internal Medicare Advantage knowledge base
- Educate teams and leadership on the Medicare Advantage ecosystem, population, terminology, incentives, and trends
- Establish relationships with external experts, health plans, industry organizations, and stakeholders
- Represent Twin externally through customer conversations, panels, conferences, webinars, and other forums
- Identify new Medicare Advantage opportunities involving populations, partnerships, capabilities, and care models
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Medicare, managed care, or closely related healthcare roles, with significant direct exposure to MA
- Deep understanding of the Medicare population and the practical realities of engaging and caring for older adults and other Medicare beneficiaries
- Strong understanding of how Medicare Advantage plans operate, make decisions, measure performance, and evaluate partners and solutions
- Working expertise across Stars, CAHPS/member experience, clinical programs, care management, supplemental benefits, risk adjustment, health equity, retention, and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable helping design improved Medicare experiences
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
