Job Description
Director of Partner Sales responsible for expanding Payzli's partner network across various segments. Leading a team, managing partner relationships, and driving channel growth to impact revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and grow Payzli's partner network across agents/ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISV relationships
- Own the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and signing
- Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline leveraging your existing industry network
- Coordinate with the Partner Success team to drive partner activation and long-term performance
- Build, hire, and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives
- Set individual and team quotas, establish reporting cadences, and drive accountability
- Coach and develop team members to consistently hit recruitment and activation targets
- Create scalable processes for prospecting, pipeline management, and partner onboarding handoff
Requirements:
- Established experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services
- Proven track record recruiting and managing channel partners at scale
- Prior experience building or managing a sales team
- Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to manage a high-volume, multi-segment book of prospects
- Clear, professional communicator — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners
- HubSpot or equivalent CRM proficiency preferred
