Job Description

Director of Sales overseeing market expansion for L-Acoustics in EMEA North. Reinforcing leadership in AV industry, focusing on sustainable revenue and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional sales growth strategy aligned with global business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director overseeing the rental market in the EMEA North
  • Analyze market opportunities within the Installation market
  • Develop field sales action plans to drive Installation market penetration
  • Develop strategies to strengthen regional market share
  • Monitor performance, identify improvement levers, and drive operational efficiency
  • Act as a senior ambassador for L-Acoustics’ values, brand, and culture
  • Work closely with Application, Product Marketing, and other teams to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development leadership roles, ideally in an international matrix organization
  • Experience within a technology driven company, ideally in a BtoB environment
  • Deep expertise across integration partners in AV industry in Northern Europe
  • Proven expertise in developing effective strategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership
  • Background in a company with premium market positioning is a plus
