Job Description
Director of Sales overseeing market expansion for L-Acoustics in EMEA North. Reinforcing leadership in AV industry, focusing on sustainable revenue and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional sales growth strategy aligned with global business objectives
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director overseeing the rental market in the EMEA North
- Analyze market opportunities within the Installation market
- Develop field sales action plans to drive Installation market penetration
- Develop strategies to strengthen regional market share
- Monitor performance, identify improvement levers, and drive operational efficiency
- Act as a senior ambassador for L-Acoustics’ values, brand, and culture
- Work closely with Application, Product Marketing, and other teams to support business growth
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business management or equivalent
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development leadership roles, ideally in an international matrix organization
- Experience within a technology driven company, ideally in a BtoB environment
- Deep expertise across integration partners in AV industry in Northern Europe
- Proven expertise in developing effective strategies in close collaboration with global functional leadership
- Background in a company with premium market positioning is a plus
