Job Description
Director of Technology at Clicksign, overseeing technology strategy and AI development. Leading a high-performance tech organization in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Technology strategy, ensuring a modern, scalable, resilient platform ready to support the company's growth.
- Develop and empower Technology leadership, building successors and creating an organization capable of scaling sustainably.
- Attract, develop and retain talent, strengthening a high-performance culture of autonomy, collaboration and continuous learning.
- Lead the company's evolution to an AI-first organization, incorporating artificial intelligence into products, processes and the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between Technology, Product and Business, turning strategy into consistent execution and value generation for customers and the company.
- Promote technical excellence through modern practices in architecture, software development, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, observability and Continuous Delivery.
- Manage Technology as a portfolio of investments, balancing innovation, platform evolution, technical debt, security, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Manage budget, infrastructure and strategic investment decisions, seeking the best balance between cost, innovation and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive Technology roles.
- Track record of building and scaling high‑performance Technology organizations.
- Demonstrated experience developing leaders, creating successors and driving organizational evolution.
- Experience in technology companies, leading high‑scale platforms and digital products.
- Experience partnering with Product and business teams to define and execute corporate strategies.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Extensive experience with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, observability and Continuous Delivery.
- Familiarity with engineering metrics such as DORA, SPACE and Flow Metrics.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence for productivity gains, automation and innovation.
- Experience in Technology financial management, budgeting and strategic allocation of investments.
