Job Description
Director, Product leading Trulioo’s KYB identity verification portfolio for digital identity and business verification. Driving AI innovation, enterprise SaaS growth, and cross-functional product execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Trulioo's KYB product portfolio
- Establish strategic priorities, investment decisions, and portfolio planning with the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and continuous optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Drive data-informed prioritization, measurable business outcomes, and continuous product improvement
- Own portfolio performance through product health metrics, KPIs, adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Serve as executive voice of the customer and build relationships with strategic customers, partners, analysts, and industry leaders
- Translate customer and market insights into product investments driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Represent Trulioo at customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, media opportunities, and industry events
- Embed AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation into KYB workflows and customer experiences
- Champion responsible, explainable, compliant AI practices across the product organization
- Use AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, research, roadmap planning, documentation, experimentation, and productivity
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Product Management team
- Establish product management practices, operating rhythms, and prioritization frameworks
- Influence executive stakeholders and align the organization on strategic initiatives and investments
- Develop operating plans, product investment strategies, budgets, and resource plans
- Partner on product launches, commercial enablement, sales enablement, analyst engagements, and thought leadership
- Ensure product positioning communicates Trulioo's differentiated value in the identity and compliance market
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in software, technology, or product organizations
- 10+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility
- Experience leading and scaling product organizations
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing Product Managers
- Proven success defining product vision and delivering enterprise SaaS products from strategy through execution and commercialization
- Deep experience in Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech markets
- Strong executive leadership and cross-functional influence skills
- Ability to translate customer problems, market opportunities, and business objectives into successful product strategies
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market organizations
- Strong analytical mindset using data, customer research, and business metrics
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and modern data technologies
- Experience incorporating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise software products
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve product management practices, product discovery, customer insights, and organizational productivity
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model governance, explainability, and ethical AI in regulated industries
- Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies
