Job Description
Director of Strategic Initiatives focused on developing and improving commercial processes for Cencora. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for the development and improvement of commercial processes
- supports external business development and customer development initiatives
- ensures effective information exchange and workflows exist across departments
- explores and implements streamlined and/or automated workflows and processes
- supports the planning and management of business pilots and proof of concepts
- identifies and implements continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- broad based experience in large complex organizations
- four-year bachelor’s degree program
- minimum of ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in sales, support and/or operations
- SAP and Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
- ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
- strong leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills
- thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology
- excellent organizational skills; attention to detail, and strong project management skills
- strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
