Job Description
Senior Strategy Manager driving strategic business innovation opportunities to enhance operational processes at CVS Health. Leading data analytics efforts and developing business cases across Caremark operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and define new strategic business innovation opportunities to reduce operational costs
- Drive discovery and data analytics efforts to develop business cases
- Enhance current operational processes and improve member self service capabilities
- Support pilots and implementation of new technology within the Caremark Tech Stack
- Develop, maintain, and deliver Senior Leader level content describing the value proposition of key initiatives and innovations
- Lead business case development/ROI evaluation for future technology investments
- Monitor and measure performance metrics, call trends, and other analysis
- Support business case development and finance tracking across multiple workstreams
- Build relationships and collaborate cross functionally across Caremark Operations, Finance, Digital, IT, Analytics and Enterprise Partners
- Deliver on new and timely Ad-hoc strategic requests from leadership
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of professional business experience
- 2+ years of consulting or related high level analytical experience in a business operational environment
- Experience managing multi year innovation roadmap for a highly complex organization
- Experience with Digital, Chat, AI and Voice/Telephony assessment and product development
- Expert level proficiency working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proven ability using problem solving skills to construct analytic solutions to business problems
- Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and concise at all levels of the organizations including executives
- Demonstrates ability to persuade others to support key strategic initiatives and influence peers and business stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
