Job Description
Strategieberater im pharmazeutischen Bereich entwickeln und setzen Business-Strategien um. Unterstützen digitale Transformation und führen interdisziplinäre Projektteams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business and operations strategies for pharmaceutical companies
- Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory changes (e.g., EU-GMP, MDR, GxP)
- Design and deliver optimization projects in areas such as R&D, manufacturing, supply chain or quality
- Support digital transformation (e.g., introduction of new tools, automation, data analytics)
- Prepare decision-making materials and business cases for top management
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate interfaces with specialist departments
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and change-management activities
- Prepare proposals and pitches to win and retain clients
Requirements:
- Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, economics/business, (industrial) engineering or a comparable field
- Extensive professional experience in strategy consulting, project management or strategic roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and pharmaceutical processes
- Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel for client projects — flexible and by arrangement
