Job Description

Document and vendor governance specialist managing enterprise print standards, workflows, and vendors. Supporting PacificSource’s healthcare operations through compliance, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain enterprise print governance processes, standards, and approval workflows
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison for print and fulfillment vendors
  • Monitor vendor performance, service level agreements, and contractual obligations, escalating issues as needed
  • Coordinate annual reviews of enterprise print documents with business owners and stakeholders
  • Evaluate and coordinate new print and fulfillment requests
  • Maintain the enterprise print inventory, document catalog, and related records
  • Coordinate document production changes, vendor implementations, and fulfillment enhancements
  • Analyze print utilization, operational trends, and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, performance metrics, and operational reporting
  • Promote compliance with enterprise print standards and governance requirements
  • Assist with enterprise fulfillment projects
  • Participate in vendor onboarding, implementation, testing, and deployment activities
  • Support operational reporting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and process documentation
  • Provide guidance and consultation to business areas regarding print governance standards and processes
  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations
  • Follow PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in print operations, vendor management, document services, healthcare operations, business operations, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of vendor management, supplier performance monitoring, and SLA administration
  • Knowledge of print, fulfillment, and document lifecycle operations
  • Knowledge of enterprise governance processes, policy compliance, and workflow controls
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational efficiency practices
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Knowledge of project coordination, change management, and cross-functional collaboration practices
  • Ability to read and comprehend written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive typing, sorting, and filing
  • Ability to lift and carry files and business materials
  • Approximately 10% travel required
  • Follow privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information
