Job Description
Dutch Customer Care Representative providing support for airline bookings. Join a vibrant airline booking company in Greece with relocation package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding airline booking inquiries and support.
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking details.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient problem-solving.
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations through continuous training.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and strong proficiency in English (B2), spoken and written, is required.
- Previous experience in customer care, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivation to grow within the company and adapt to evolving processes.
