Job Description
Dutch Language Agent for Sales Department working from home anywhere in Bulgaria. Engaging with customers and driving sales while promoting products in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to Dutch-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Promote and sell our products and services, providing relevant information to aid purchasing decisions.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- A strong background in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to contribute to a dynamic team and collaborate on sales strategies.
