Job Description
Manufacturing Support Consultant providing daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing at Endeavour Solutions in North America. Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules.
- Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support MRP processes by helping users interpret planning outputs and resolving exceptions.
- Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing assemblies.
- Provide support for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) workflows.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to triage issues and restore operations.
- Offer end-user guidance, light training, and job aids to improve adoption.
Requirements:
- 3+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP in manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting core manufacturing execution processes (MRP/BOMs/orders/scheduling) and inventory management.
- Prior experience supporting SalesPad in an environment where it integrates tightly with Dynamics GP order-to-cash.
- Experience in a managed services/support desk model (ticketing, SLAs, escalations).
- Relevant certifications (Dynamics GP, supply chain/manufacturing, or related ERP credentials).
