Job Description
E-commerce Manager overseeing e-commerce operations and team management to enhance digital customer experience for a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site maintenance, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Oversee product catalog management, content updates, and overall site functionality
- Develop and execute website merchandising strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue
- Leverage tools such as Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring for search optimization, personalization, and merchandising automation
- Optimize user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) through A/B testing, customer research, and data analysis
- Use tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
- Implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth
- Manage and coordinate a remote team of content and website producers
- Oversee cross-functional projects while maintaining organized workflows and prioritization
- Ensure the website follows SEO best practices and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements and improve overall site performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or similar roles
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Experience with merchandising tools such as Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar heatmapping tools
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on improving user experience.
