Job Description

E-commerce Manager overseeing e-commerce operations and team management to enhance digital customer experience for a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site maintenance, product launches, and promotional campaigns
  • Oversee product catalog management, content updates, and overall site functionality
  • Develop and execute website merchandising strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue
  • Leverage tools such as Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring for search optimization, personalization, and merchandising automation
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) through A/B testing, customer research, and data analysis
  • Use tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
  • Implement data-driven improvements to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and coordinate a remote team of content and website producers
  • Oversee cross-functional projects while maintaining organized workflows and prioritization
  • Ensure the website follows SEO best practices and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements and improve overall site performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or similar roles
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
  • Experience with merchandising tools such as Fast Simon, Bloomreach, or Searchspring
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar heatmapping tools
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on improving user experience.
