Job Description

CEO for growing E-Commerce company in Germany, leading overall business operations and teams. Focusing on growth through E-Commerce and performance marketing with international expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

  • You take overall leadership of the company across all areas and bear full responsibility for the business results.
  • You report directly to the shareholders and help shape the company’s direction for the coming years.
  • You will strategically expand the online shop, performance marketing and analytics, and manage the business using clear KPIs.
  • You align the assortment (including fashion products) with seasonal cycles, optimize product development, and identify new strategic business areas for the company.
  • You will further develop the DACH region as a profitable core market and lay the groundwork for international expansion as the next step.
  • You develop the existing team and establish a performance culture with clear goals and a binding annual plan.

Requirements:

  • E‑commerce experience – You have built or led an e‑commerce company as a founder, managing director or in a senior leadership role, preferably in the consumer sector.
  • Data-driven leadership – You have managed a business using clear metrics and know which levers in the online shop and performance marketing really matter.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – You rally the team, customers and shareholders behind your vision and remain calm during challenging phases.
  • Fluent English – You communicate confidently with international partners.
