Job Description
Ecommerce Virtual Assistant managing and optimizing product listings within Walmart Seller Center. Focused on maintaining catalog accuracy and improving listing quality for better performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings within Walmart Seller Center
- Maintain accurate product catalog data
- Improve listing quality and manage pricing updates
- Support smooth SKU and bundle setup
- Correct missing or inaccurate product information
- Ensure compliance with Walmart marketplace guidelines
- Create and manage bundle product listings
- Maintain organized SKU structures aligned with internal systems
- Update bundle components based on inventory changes
Requirements:
- Experience with Walmart Seller Center or similar ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
- Understanding of ecommerce catalog structures, SKUs, and product attributes
- Ability to follow structured processes and listing guidelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot listing and catalog issues independently
- Experience creating and managing bundle or virtual kit listings (preferred)
- Familiarity with ecommerce listing optimization best practices (preferred)
- Experience identifying and resolving listing errors or suppression issues (preferred)
- Analytical mindset for pricing and catalog performance monitoring (preferred)
