Job Description
Digital Experience Manager coordinating Tri Delta’s nonprofit content ecosystem across web, podcast, video, and social channels. Driving audience engagement, publishing excellence, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain the integrated editorial calendar across blog, podcasts, video, email, and social content
- Translate editorial priorities into coordinated channel plans and publishing schedules
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and anticipate content needs
- Oversee YouTube and TikTok content calendars, publishing, optimization, and platform best practices
- Adapt and distribute multimedia assets across digital channels
- Develop channel standards for video formats, metadata, captions, thumbnails, playlists, accessibility, and publishing cadence
- Monitor channel performance and audience insights and recommend optimizations
- Repurpose long-form stories into short-form assets and promotional content
- Supervise the Digital Content Creator and provide direction, coaching, and quality assurance
- Serve as the final quality checkpoint before publication
- Manage publishing workflows across website, blog, social media, YouTube, and TikTok
- Brief copywriters, designers, and content creators with timelines and channel specifications
- Track projects from brief through approval and publication
- Maintain the content library and asset management system
- Oversee website content accuracy, usability, messaging, voice, and brand standards
- Coordinate website updates and monitor analytics, SEO performance, and user behavior
- Ensure WCAG accessibility and content quality standards
- Lead campaign landing pages, microsites, and special project content
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Social Media Manager
- Oversee social media execution, calls to action, tagging, destination links, and Linktree organization
- Partner with paid media on social advertising campaigns
- Monitor engagement and community activity and escalate issues
- Track social performance metrics and refine content and posting strategy
- Optimize end-to-end digital audience journeys across web, email, social, and video
- Evaluate emerging digital platforms, tools, and best practices
- Follow Tri Delta project management practices, pursue self-development, communicate with employees and volunteers, and elevate the brand
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital communications, content management, or editorial coordination
- Experience in a nonprofit, association, or membership organization ideally
- Demonstrated experience managing a multi-channel editorial calendar and complex content workflows
- Experience coordinating podcast production from concept to publication
- Experience managing a CMS such as WordPress and publishing web content
- Hands-on experience managing YouTube and/or TikTok channels
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of video production workflows
- Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and workstreams
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort with analytics platforms and translating findings into content-plan adjustments
- High attention to detail and a strong editorial eye
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test
- Preferred: experience in a membership-driven organization or trade association
- Preferred: experience with SmartSheet, Asana, or Monday.com
- Preferred: graphic design familiarity or Canva proficiency
- Preferred: working knowledge of SEO principles
