Job Description
Eligibility Services Administrator overseeing group member administration processes and providing superior customer experience for Alberta Blue Cross. Collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing existing administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage enrolments in accordance with established procedures and Group Member Administration standards
- Provide superior customer experience to both internal and external clients
- Research and compile information from various sources to resolve inquiries and enrolment discrepancies
- Collaborate with other group administrators in their absence
- Research and reconcile Group Statement of Accounts
- Identify enhancements to existing processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with various internal and external stakeholders
- Able to multi-task under tight time frames
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent relational skills coupled with strong skills in verbal and written communication
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience or knowledge of the insurance industry an asset
