Job Description

Engineering Program Manager leading cross-functional data and analytics projects in retail sector. Collaborating with teams on user behavior and analytics tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives related to user behavior data and analytics including purchases, subscriptions, and sales trends.
  • Support efforts to replace the legacy Data and Analytics application with a newly built internal analytics tool.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholder teams that are end-users of the commerce data.
  • Drive coordination across stakeholder teams to align on dashboarding, reporting infrastructure, UI elements, and API design.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder inputs, and technical program plans to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level program management experience in data and analytics environments, specifically with Commerce and Payment data, such as transactions, clicks, and purchases.
  • Strong business acuity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to interpret the meaning of the data, its impact, and how it can be stitched for decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working with ambiguous information often with tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with BI tools, backend and frontend system requirements, and data infrastructure supporting reporting tools.
  • Experience working with stakeholder teams to identify and implement requirements for analytics applications.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, gather input, and build alignment toward common technical outcomes.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and operating in fast-moving environments.
