Job Description

Enterprise Sales Manager growing Amex GBT’s corporate travel and crew-rotation software business in Norway. Driving consultative sales, executive relationships, contracts, and implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and conduct deep discovery with key decision makers to understand needs and communicate Amex GBT’s value proposition
  • Grow Amex GBT’s portfolio and revenue through value proposition selling, contract negotiation, and closing new customers
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of core products, solutions, and customization capabilities
  • Create data-driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFIs/RFPs for executive audiences
  • Build high-level relationships with executives and guide prospects from discovery to closing
  • Close contracts and ensure smooth implementation of new customers with the implementation team
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals, transaction targets, and KPIs by signing profitable business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive new sales
  • Maintain accurate records, document ROI, overcome objections, sell with integrity, and ensure compliance and coordinated client experience

Requirements:

  • Proven sales achievements with +10 years of experience within the travel and/or EMM industry in a consultative environment
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline management, proposal management tools, sales enablement tools, and CRM tools (SalesForce)
  • High level of prospecting skills and ability to build and prioritize a pipeline based on value, sales cycle, and win probability
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge through attending events, networking, and staying updated on trends and regulations
  • Comprehensive market awareness, including key competitors, challenges, technology, and industry landscape
  • Results-oriented mentality with a competitive, driven attitude and ability to adapt quickly
  • Sophisticated data and financial acumen
  • Tenacious networking capabilities, including cold contacts
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time
  • Ability to work remotely
