Job Description
Teaching ESL classes focusing on business English to adult learners in the finance sector. Engaging online teaching for government employees under a Ministry of Finance initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective online English classes to adult learners in the finance sector
- Tailor lessons to meet learners' needs, focusing on communication, accuracy, and fluency
- Follow the provided curriculum and guidelines while adapting to learner goals
- Submit attendance and performance reports as required
- Maintain a professional, punctual, and student-focused teaching style
Requirements:
- No bachelor's degree are required
- Strong command of English (C1 or higher)
- Reliable internet connection, clear camera/audio setup, and a quiet teaching environment
- Familiarity with business or government-related English is a plus
- Can communicate in Japanese
