Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting management at a dog supplements company. Handling administrative tasks and client communications for a structured growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for management in day-to-day operations
  • Handling customer inquiries (phone/email)
  • Appointment scheduling, file management and deadline tracking (reminders, documents)
  • Organized filing and preparation of documents for the tax office
  • Maintaining relationships with and acquiring new partners during downtime
  • Communication with suppliers and authorities

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training and professional experience (> 5 years)
  • Careful, structured and reliable work style
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and professional manner, especially on the phone
  • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
