Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting management at a dog supplements company. Handling administrative tasks and client communications for a structured growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support for management in day-to-day operations
- Handling customer inquiries (phone/email)
- Appointment scheduling, file management and deadline tracking (reminders, documents)
- Organized filing and preparation of documents for the tax office
- Maintaining relationships with and acquiring new partners during downtime
- Communication with suppliers and authorities
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training and professional experience (> 5 years)
- Careful, structured and reliable work style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly and professional manner, especially on the phone
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
