Job Description
Executive Director of Global Market Development driving demand for solutions in clinical development. Leading strategic planning and marketing for PPD Laboratories services with a focus on customer needs and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, oversight, strategy, and direct staff supervision across PPD Laboratories services
- Drive awareness and demand for portfolio of solutions across clinical development life cycle
- Partner and collaborate closely with stakeholder groups within PPD business
- Guide creation of marketing plans and ensure efforts are grounded in customer needs/business insights
- Plan and manage resource allocation across the area/division
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in Science, Health Sciences or Business
- 10-15+ years pharmaceutical/CRO/medical device experience
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, collaboration and influencing skills
- Broad marketing experience
- Strong financial acumen and robust working knowledge of sales and marketing relationships
