Job Description

Facilities Specialist maintaining CorePower Yoga’s nationwide studio network. Coordinating inspections, repairs, vendors, compliance, and maintenance across assigned studios.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across all studios in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure vendor-network work meets CorePower Yoga standards.
  • Deliver regional facilities performance targets, including work-order response time, preventive-maintenance completion, and studio compliance.
  • Hold third-party vendors accountable and partner with studio managers on execution.
  • Own regional budget variance and resolve approval, parts, and vendor-coordination bottlenecks.
  • Respond to urgent repairs and emergency issues such as HVAC outages, leaks, and equipment failures.
  • Document studio conditions, deficiencies, and repairs in the third-party CMMS platform.
  • Support minor refreshes and equipment installations, coordinating with Construction and Design for larger or design-related work.
  • Coordinate contractors performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and other specialized trade work.
  • Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and brand presentation across studios.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues, equipment lifecycle concerns, and preventive-improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on facilities, building maintenance, or general maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned multi-state or multi-market territory.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort using a mobile work-order / CMMS platform to log and close out work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision while maintaining accountability to team standards.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and comfort working in an active studio environment.
  • Preferred: Experience maintaining facilities in a multi-site retail, fitness, or hospitality environment.
  • Preferred: Trade certification or formal training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Preferred: Experience managing or coordinating third-party contractors.
  • Regular local and regional travel within the assigned territory, up to 75%; overnight travel may be required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate studio schedules and urgent repair needs.
  • Ability to move throughout studios, climb ladders, access mechanical areas, and occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
