Job Description
Part-time Technology Coordinator supporting Placemakr’s tech-enabled hospitality platform. Managing inventory, software access, vendors, troubleshooting, and cross-functional technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Technology and Project Management with various areas of the technological environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure top-level customer support and tracking
- Manage inventory and inventory ordering
- Set up and decommission software
- Handle user adds, moves, and changes
- Conduct user audits
- Manage and coordinate vendors
- Support Placemakr team members with troubleshooting
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with development, support, and sales teams to align on project goals
- Resolve open items with vendors or departments within expected SLA
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Perform additional assigned duties
Requirements:
- Comfortable with navigating and learning new systems
- Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic networking terminology
- Comfortable learning new systems and creating documentation
- Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
