Job Description

Farmer providing post-sales assistance and customer relationship management at RadExperts, a medical education company. Focused on student engagement, retention, and satisfaction in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with students after the sale
  • Reduce delinquent payments and improve collections
  • Improve the student experience in the post-sales phase
  • Expand revenue through relationship-driven opportunities
  • Monitor students immediately after purchase and throughout their journey
  • Send materials, information and guidance after purchase
  • Ensure satisfaction, engagement and a positive experience
  • Manage follow-up with delinquent students
  • Actively support efforts to reduce delinquency
  • Work on student retention in a strategic and human-centered manner
  • Manage sales and student workflow
  • Support the structuring of post-sales processes
  • Organize and update information and controls
  • Perform up-sell and cross-sell activities
  • Identify opportunities within the active student base
  • Work with metrics and KPIs to continuously improve results and processes in your area
  • Participate in management rituals, alignments and provide updates on the progress of your work
  • Participate in training offered to support professional development

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience as a Farmer, Sales Executive or Customer Success (CS)
  • Comfortable working in relationship management, retention and portfolio expansion
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with high-ticket products
  • Knowledge of SPIN Selling and other sales techniques
  • Organized with strong communication skills for medical audiences
  • Operational autonomy and ability to work independently
  • Adequate remote work setup and professional personal conduct
  • Preferred: Experience selling to healthcare/medical professionals and/or selling courses or training programs
  • Courses in sales or customer service
