Job Description
Field CTO guiding Blitzy's AI software platform adoption for enterprise and public sector customers. Leading architecture validation, modernization roadmaps, and technical sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise and public sector technical validation from discovery through expansion
- Serve as a consultative, executive-level technical partner to CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, agency technology leaders, and government IT decision-makers
- Translate modernization goals into executable AI-native roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Drive SDLC acceleration and sustained platform adoption
- Lead enterprise-scale architecture assessments and proofs of concept from scoping through delivery
- Design and execute technical validation cycles aligned to MEDDPICC frameworks
- Translate technical capabilities into business value and ROI narratives
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy AI code-generation models
- Advise on interactions between code-generation systems, software supply chains, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
- Guide customers through modernization, migration, and AI-adoption strategies
- Advise on architectural and operational changes for agentic software development
- Drive client expansion by uncovering post-implementation technical use cases
- Lead public sector opportunities and translate agency modernization mandates into AI-native software delivery roadmaps
- Navigate government compliance, security, and authorization requirements, including FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and ATO processes
- Support capture and proposal efforts and articulate technical differentiation in RFP/RFI responses
- Build credibility with agency CTOs, CIOs, and technical evaluators
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure long-term adoption and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Enterprise AEs and AI Solutions Consultants to align technical strategy with commercial milestones
- Serve as the senior technical voice in enterprise and public sector sales cycles
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Field CTO, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or senior technical executive in an enterprise or customer-facing capacity
- Deep, hands-on experience with AI code-generation models, toolchains, and autonomous development frameworks
- Proven track record leading enterprise architecture assessments, technical validations, and POC cycles at scale
- Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC
- Ability to align technical strategy with commercial outcomes
- Exceptional executive communication skills with engineers, C-suite leaders, and government technical evaluators
- Experience guiding enterprises through large-scale modernization, migration, or AI-adoption initiatives
- Comfort with fast-moving startup environments, rapid iteration, and incomplete playbooks
- Proven history implementing or leading AI code-generation initiatives at enterprise scale
- Prior public sector or government technical sales experience
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or ATO processes
- Familiarity with LLM training, inference optimization, and evaluation metrics
- Prior startup experience
- Public-speaking or thought-leadership experience in AI engineering or enterprise architecture
- Curiosity and a point of view on System-2 AI and autonomous agents in software development
