Job Description
Field Service Engineer commissioning, repairing, and optimizing TOMRA Food sorting systems. Supporting industrial customers primarily in Morocco with extensive travel from a home-based contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for food sorting systems, including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair
- Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives
- Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues and conduct repairs
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes
- Install and adjust TOMRA Food equipment
- Train customers on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed field reports for administrative follow-up
- Travel predominantly to Agadir and Rabat, with domestic travel 80%–90% of the time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation)
- Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers
- Fluency in Arabic and English language is mandatory
- Spanish and French is an advantage
- Driving license with a good driving record
- VCA certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time
- Flexible schedule, including occasional work on weekends or during holiday periods
