Job Description
Field Service Technician commissioning, maintaining, and repairing heat pumps for Viessmann Climate Solutions. Serving customers across the Meßkirch region.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating contractors by telephone and in person
- Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
- Participating in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with support as quickly as possible
- Helping promote sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps
Requirements:
- Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Good spoken and written German
- Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
