Job Description
Technicien itinérant pour le service après-vente Robotique chez Stäubli, fournisseur de solutions mécatroniques. Interventions techniques dans des industries de pointe en Haute-Savoie.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues and propose maintenance solutions
- Carry out product repairs
- Assist and advise customers on the use of our robots
- Write intervention reports (CRM)
- Manage off-site spare parts inventory
- Provide maintenance training
- Follow up with customers in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 (2-year technical diploma) or equivalent in a technical field
- Experience: Proven initial experience in a similar role, ideally in maintenance/installation of special-purpose machines
- Specific knowledge: Strong technical fundamentals (mechanics, electrotechnical principles, industrial computing/automation) to understand industrial robots
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages
- Languages: Good command of English
- Personal qualities: Autonomy, customer-service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
