Job Description
Außendienst-Servicetechniker für Heizungsanlagen bei Viessmann Climate Solutions. Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose und Instandsetzung für Kunden in Tirol und Vorarlberg.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out service visits in the Tyrol and Vorarlberg region according to schedules prepared by our dispatch team
- Diagnose faults and perform commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps
- Document service activities in the company’s IT system
- Participate in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month
- Provide on-site customer support and ensure the safe and efficient operation of heating systems throughout the region
Requirements:
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, or comparable) as an installer, building services technician, or heating technician
- Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field
- Good spoken and written German
- Basic IT skills
- Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
