Job Description
Field Service Technician commissioning and maintaining heat pumps for Viessmann Climate Solutions. Serving customers across the Karlsruhe and Black Forest region through on-site service.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
- Providing telephone and on-site, service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies
- Supporting colleagues in the technical field service team across the wider service area
- Taking on on-call duties to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible
- Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions and customer satisfaction in the Karlsruhe region
Requirements:
- Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant certification required; Category 2 refrigerant certification is an advantage
- Valid Class B driver’s license
- Good spoken and written German
- Strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with heating solutions
