Job Description
Finance Manager overseeing financial planning and analysis for CBTS, a technology solutions provider. Driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial stability
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Partner with department leaders to support strategic initiatives and cost management
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending solutions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
- Manage a team of two, overseeing their day-to-day work and providing coaching and professional development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
