Job Description
Integrate the financial management team at Grupo Boticário optimizing processes with technology solutions. Ensure project management and data modeling in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Join the Retail Budget Management team, working to optimize financial processes through market technology solutions (ServiceNow, Slack, AppSheet, AI, RPA, Data, etc.).
- Map and structure processes (AS-IS and TO-BE flows, activity flows, VSM/BPM design), making them more streamlined, lean, and automated, with improved governance and reduced Group risk.
- Conduct capacity and productivity studies of employees based on increases or reductions in process volumes.
- Manage systems and automation implementation projects with the Tech team, performing process and data modeling, mapping functional requirements with stakeholders, and structuring business cases.
- Develop dashboards to support decision-making (Business Intelligence).
- Act as a Key User for systems such as SAP and ServiceNow, contributing to requirements definition and validation, implementation, testing, and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience with data modeling and process mapping tools (VSM, BPM, Bizagi, etc.).
- Experience in project management.
- Experience with SAP Retail / ECC / S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
- Basic programming logic concepts.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, data-driven approach, methodological and detail-oriented, with a holistic perspective.
- Knowledge of Python or R, statistical modeling, RPA, AI, ServiceNow, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.
