Job Description
Inside Sales Specialist driving B2B sales and customer relationships for a growing US company. Fully remote position for role involving cross-functional team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage B2B customer relationships
- Support online B2B sales growth and customer acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities and sales leads
- Assist with customer onboarding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing
- Support customers with order, pricing, and invoice-related inquiries
- Monitor inventory and sales activity to help ensure operational efficiency
- Help maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Experience working with KPIs or sales targets
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Professional English communication skills
- Experience with wholesale, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or reseller accounts is a plus
- Experience supporting US-based customers or teams is a nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or inventory/order management tools is a nice to have
- Experience in food & beverage, consumer goods, distribution, or wholesale environments is a nice to have
