Job Description
FP&A Analyst supporting Muvr's financial planning and analysis for on-demand logistics growth. Collaborating with teams to provide performance insights and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments
- Build financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing changes, and unit economics
- Track key performance metrics including revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and profitability
- Prepare dashboards and reporting for leadership on financial performance
- Partner with business teams to understand drivers of spend, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Support monthly variance analysis and performance reviews
- Assist with investor and board-level financial reporting as needed
- Improve financial processes, automation, and reporting scalability over time
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, logistics, or consumer tech platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with unit economics and marketplace business models (preferred)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or SQL (preferred)
