Job Description
FP&A Analyst at Howard Financial supporting financial planning and forecasting in the hospitality industry across a multi-property portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze key hospitality KPIs (ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, NOI)
- Build and maintain financial models at property and portfolio levels
- Partner with Operations and Revenue Management to drive profitability
- Prepare management and investor reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Direct experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or short-term rentals
- Strong Excel/Sheets and financial modeling skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
- Strong understanding of vacation rental / hospitality unit economics
- Experience working with multi-property, multi-market portfolios
- Exposure to investor reporting, board decks, or PE-backed environments
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
