Job Description
Freelance Career Coach at Futures.Works assisting clients with interview preparation and CV optimization. Conducting deep dive interviews and job searching based on client preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a one hour deep dive intake interview with a client
- Optimize their CV using EnhanCV
- Send suitable jobs from platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed
- Help write motivations for applications and provide mock interviews
- Provide background information on companies and interview prep
Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency
- Capability to conduct a one hour deep dive interview
- Proficiency in CV optimization using EnhanCV
- Ability to find jobs based on location and preferences
- Experience using ChatGPT for motivation and mock interviews
- Strong communication to stay in touch via Whatsapp
