Job Description
Growth Product Manager at Toloka, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies for AI-related projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- As a Growth Product Manager – you’ll own the initiatives that directly maximise converting early-adopters into paying customers including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Translate deep customer insights into new value propositions, validate them with high-velocity experiments
- Lead end-to-end early-stage product development, from ideation and proof-of-concept to market validation
- Design high-converting funnel experiences for different user segments
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Product Management, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated track record of designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition, activation, and monetization), particularly within early-stage or rapidly evolving products.
- Strong expertise in experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development, including rapid testing, assumption validation, and translating insights into measurable product and business improvements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented approach, comfortable operating in early post-launch environments, manually refining processes, and iterating rapidly.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, managing shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on outcomes.
