Job Description

French-speaking customer expert supporting customers remotely across Greece. Handling customer service work with rotating shifts and paid onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a French-Speaking Customer Expert
Work remotely from within Greece or be Athens-based
Work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
Complete 1 to 2 weeks of fully paid initial training

Requirements:

Native or professional fluency in French, written and spoken
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work from home within Greece
Stable internet connection
Availability for rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts

Benefits:

Base salary increases to €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years
