Job Description
Full-cycle recruiter managing US-based hiring across industries. Sourcing, assessing, and guiding candidates through complete recruitment lifecycles remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring criteria
- Write and post clear job descriptions and advertisements
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and stakeholders informed throughout the process
- Present qualified candidates and provide shortlists with clear recommendations
- Support offer negotiation, closing, and pre-hire follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system
- Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the employer professionally
- Follow US hiring practices and equal employment opportunity standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end (full-cycle) recruitment
- Experience recruiting for US-based roles
- Experience hiring across different industries and role types
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels
- Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and time management with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Working knowledge of US employment and hiring compliance (preferred)
- Experience in agency or staffing recruitment (preferred)
