Job Description
Part-time remote recruiter sourcing and screening talent for House Buyers of America. Managing recruiting pipelines, search firms, and HR initiatives for a national home-buying company.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit high-quality talent through cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and other creative methods
- Maintain a continuous candidate pipeline across all departments
- Screen candidates through the HR system and keep it updated daily
- Hire and manage search firms
- Train managers and executives on networking and recruiting
- Assist with selecting HR technology, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning
- Assist with updating HR policy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
- Strong preference for agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience
- Strong preference for at least one year of freelance or contract experience, particularly for candidates pursuing freelancing long term
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good computer skills
- Availability averaging 20–30 hours per week, with hours fluctuating based on business needs and not guaranteed week to week
