Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack Backend trainee apoiando a nova plataforma de clientes da Confitec. Aplicação de Java, Python, Spring Boot, APIs REST, SQL e Git no setor de seguros.
Responsibilities:
- Support the department’s day-to-day activities, contributing to the execution and monitoring of tasks and projects
- Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct analyses, gather information, and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making
- Monitor performance indicators and assist in identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with different areas of the company, developing an integrated view of the business
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs included in the trainee journey
- Support the creation, review, and documentation of internal processes and procedures
- Propose solutions and improvements based on analyses, best practices, and insights acquired throughout the program
- Gradually take on responsibilities as technical and behavioral skills develop
- Contribute to meeting the department’s deadlines, targets, and objectives while maintaining organization and quality in deliverables
- Develop a new platform for one of the company’s leading clients, applying software development best practices in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Java 8 or higher
- Python
- Spring Boot
- Knowledge of REST API development
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Interest in learning new technologies and software development best practices
- Exposure to, participation in academic or professional projects involving, or knowledge of the technologies and development practices listed above
