Job Description
Full Stack Software Engineer developing innovative web applications and APIs for a remote-first startup. Working with React and Node.js while leveraging AWS cloud services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications and APIs for customers
- Work with React and Node.js to create secure applications
- Leverage AWS services to build scalable cloud-based systems
- Implement end-to-end testing with Cypress
- Collaborate with the team for code reviews and mentoring
Requirements:
- Expertise in Full-Stack Development: Strong proficiency with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Node.js (TypeScript)
- Cloud Experience: Solid experience with AWS, particularly ECS, SQS, and RDS
- CI/CD Proficiency: Familiarity with GitLab for version control, CI/CD pipelines
- Testing Skills: Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end tests
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for analyzing complex requirements
- Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills
