Job Description

Fullstack Developer building AI-driven trading applications for Talan’s banking clients. Developing React microfrontends, Python microservices, and AWS Lambda cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fullstack features using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
  • Work within a microfrontend architecture and contribute to its evolution
  • Build and integrate microservices ensuring scalability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with the frontend lead and other cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to cloud-based solutions, including AWS Lambda services
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability in a fast-changing environment
  • Adapt quickly to evolving requirements in an innovative AI-driven product
  • Contribute to a strategic project for a top-tier banking client building an AI-driven trading application

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
  • Strong experience with React in frontend development
  • Solid backend development experience with Python
  • Experience working with microservices architectures
  • Good understanding of modern software development practices (testing, CI/CD, version control)
  • Ability to work in changing environments with evolving requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work
  • Experience collaborating in cross-company or multicultural teams
  • C1 Spanish proficiency level
  • Nice to have: Experience with microfrontends architecture
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS services, especially Lambda
  • Nice to have: Exposure to projects in banking, fintech, or trading platforms
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-related applications or data-driven systems
  • Nice to have: Experience working with offshore or external partners
