Job Description
Functional Analyst supporting Clayton Homes’ Mortgage Cadence loan origination modernization. Configuring systems, validating integrations, and coordinating vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert on the Loan Origination System
- Drive system enhancements, support, and delivery of new features
- Configure, change, add, and remove Loan Origination System configurations
- Coordinate with internal Technology development and shared services teams, vendors, portfolio teams, and architecture teams
- Conduct thorough what-if analysis and testing
- Coordinate data validations for integrations and data conversions
- Migrate configurations and applicable objects between environments
- Manage and review vendor-supplied patches and new or updated features
- Work alongside implementation partners
- Work with vendor support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical and business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting, configuring, and implementing a Loan Origination System or similar system and/or modules
- Experience with administration tools for Mortgage Cadence or similar Loan Origination System
- Experience with PL/SQL or other programming languages
- Background in analysis, administration, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with executives, managers, end users, Technology professionals, and subject matter experts
- Ability to identify root causes and corrective actions using sound problem-solving techniques
