Job Description
CMMS Maximo Administrator at JLL managing and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Supporting facility operations with technical expertise and ensuring data integrity across properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive user maintenance including setup, security profiles, and site access permissions
- Upload new site information, assets, schedules, and procedures
- Develop and maintain accuracy of work order related data
- Support management in scheduling and assigning work by managing work orders
- Measure and publish KPI metrics to the management team
- Provide training to end users and manage daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience with a CMMS system or asset management system preferred
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
- Understanding basic technical aspects of property including mechanical, fire protection systems, and mechanical and electrical systems is advantageous
