Job Description

Global Sales Coordinator supporting Hyatt's sales teams in optimizing their time and resources. Collaborating on various administrative and communication tasks for superior customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate for tradeshow
  • Manage expense reports and billbacks
  • Support daily communication with accounts, hotels, and individual travel advisors
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Manage customer database
  • Create and update marketing and sales materials, including Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing flyers, and sales presentations
  • Assist in completing RFPs
  • Assist in the team’s workflow, monthly team calls, and overall team connectivity
  • Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and support in a fast-paced environment
