Job Description
Global HRSD Content Specialist creating clear, searchable HR content for Danaher’s life-science, diagnostics, and biotechnology businesses. Enabling contributors and optimizing self-service knowledge through analytics and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify recurring questions, resolved cases, process changes, and expert guidance that should become reusable HR content
- Translate complex HR information into clear, concise, employee-friendly articles, FAQs, job aids, and support materials
- Coordinate reviews and process updates to keep content accurate, current, and easy to find
- Develop contributor practices, training, templates, and routines for HR teams and subject matter experts
- Enable a distributed network of HR content contributors across the enterprise
- Use search analytics, user feedback, and content metrics to identify gaps, improve quality, increase adoption, and drive continuous improvement
- Support employees, managers, HR teams, self-service, and AI-enabled experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Management, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, technical writing, HR operations, HR Service Delivery, or enterprise service operations
- Experience creating, editing, and maintaining content for diverse audiences
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex policy, process, or technical information into clear and actionable guidance
- Experience using content analytics, search insights, feedback, or operational metrics to improve content quality and effectiveness
